Readigrass time. The trough works better than the buckets – room for everyone or nearly everyone.
We had visitors today at the pond … they took off soon after we arrived to feed the sheep and Guinea fowl so perhaps it was just a pit stop.
Poor old Champion! His feet have been caked in mud for so long and as it’s fallen off it’s pulled off his fur leaving his pink ankles showing. Today was the first t-shirt day while we were feeding the sheep so let’s hope that’s the start of Spring.
And so it begins. The lambing pens are setup and ready. The ewes are in the barn. The odd cheeky one is wondering if I might have a little something because she is quite hungry.
